Q – Are estimates free of charge?

A – Yes, we can provide you with a ball park estimate over the phone and if you feel that the estimate is within your budget we will gladly provide you with a formal estimate and a site visit.

Q – How do you know where the fence goes?

A – We will provide you with wooden stakes that will be placed by the owner of the property to indicate to our staff where the property lines are located.

Q – How you I find the property line

A – You should have a copy of your land survey that you should have received when the property was purchased, if do not have a copy you can have the property professional surveyed or check with your neighbors.

Q – Do I need a building permit?

A – In most cases a building permit is not required, but you should phone your local bylaw office

Q – Do I have to call for utility locates

A – Yes, we can provide you with the phone numbers for the utility companies and they will have a person come out to your residence and locate and mark all utilities in the area of the fence.

Q – How long does the fence take to install

A – Depending on the type of application, the materials required and the volume of the customers who we already have scheduled, the typical lead time is approximately two – three weeks.
